Privacy Policy – STB

1. Welcome to STB, a financial services application that enables you to manage your money easily and efficiently (the “Application”). Through the Application, you can open a digital account in New Israeli Shekels (NIS), U.S. Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR), make money transfers to beneficiaries in Israel and abroad, perform currency exchanges, and issue and manage STB cards.
2. We, S.T.B Union Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), have developed and operate the Application. This Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Application and how we process it. The Company is the controller of the database in which the personal data governed by this Privacy Policy is held.
3. “Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, with reasonable efforts, including name, identification number, or online identifier, as defined by applicable law. You are under no legal obligation to provide us with any Personal Data, and the provision of such data is based on your consent. However, if you choose not to provide all or part of the Personal Data, some or all of the services may not be available to you.
4. This Policy is integrated with, and forms an integral part of, the Application’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).
5. This Privacy Policy is drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and is intended for all genders.

7. Summary of the Privacy Policy The following summary is provided for convenience only and does not replace the full policy detailed below.
   1. Using the Application requires creating a user account.
   2. In general, we process three categories of information relating to your activity:
      1. Personal Data you provide to us during registration and when using the Application.
      2. Information related to your activity in the Application and the transactions you perform, which is collected automatically.
      3. Operational and analytical information, which we use for the ongoing operation of the Application, to understand user needs, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve the Application and the services we offer.
   3. We also collect personal information about the beneficiaries you designate in your account. By providing this information, you confirm that you have obtained the beneficiaries’ consent to share their details with us for the purpose of providing the services and as described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable law.
   4. The Application includes links to webpages, applications, and websites operated by third parties that are not under our control. Your use of such third-party platforms is subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies, and not to the Application’s Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.
   5. You may request to review the information we collect about you. If you believe that the information in our possession is not accurate, complete, or up to date, you may request that we correct it. In addition, you may request the deletion of certain personal information, subject to the requirements of applicable law.
   6. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law, including for accounting purposes, transaction documentation, and compliance with anti-money laundering laws.
   7. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through the Application or by sending you an email or SMS. Your continued use of the Application after receiving notice of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
8. Information Collected Through the Application
   1. Registration for the Application. When you register for the Application, you will be required to create a user account and provide us with your full name, phone number, address, date of birth, gender, ID number, and related information. We also request that you provide a photo of your identification document (which includes additional information such as its issuance and expiration dates), as well as a live self-photo (selfie) to be compared with the identification document for the purpose of verifying your identity. We are required by law to collect this information when you join financial services online.
   2. Registration for Opening a Wallet or Issuing a Card. If you choose to open an STB Wallet or issue a card such as an STB Visa card, you will be required to provide additional information, such as your occupation, your expected monthly turnover in the account or card, and your tax residency in other countries (if applicable). We are required by law to collect this information as part of online onboarding to financial services.
   3. Inquiries and Contact. Whenever you contact us via any communication channel available through the Application—including the chat function—we will collect the details related to and accompanying your inquiry, including your name, contact information, phone number, email address, and the content of your inquiry. These details will identify you according to the subject of the request you initiated.
   4. Financial Activity. When you use the Application, we collect information related to your activity, including information on money transfers you make and the recipients of those transfers, funds transferred to you, cash withdrawals, and similar actions. We use this information to provide the services within the Application and to analyze your activity for the purpose of generating activity reports available for your viewing only. This information is also used to analyze and understand the activity in the Application in order to improve the Application and existing services, as well as to offer new services.
   5. Operational Information and Analytics. Among other things, we collect information about your interaction with the Application’s user interface, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used by your device, advertising ID, and general information about your device and its operating system. We use this information for the ongoing operation of the Application, to understand user needs, troubleshoot issues, offer advertisements and marketing content based on your preferences, and to operate, improve, and enhance the Application and the services we offer. In addition, we may analyze this information to build lookalike audiences for advertising to other (potential) customers, and to analyze usage patterns to identify inactive or at-risk users and take actions to retain them or attract new users.
   6. Permissions on Your Device. The Application uses several components of your device to collect information as described below. Before accessing any such component for the first time, we will request your explicit consent. If you decline to grant access, we will not use that component, and this may prevent us from registering you to the Application, providing services through it, or responding to your inquiries.

      1. Camera: During registration, we will request access to your camera to capture your live selfie. Without granting access to the camera, we will not be able to complete the registration process or allow you to open an account in the Application.
      2. Additional permissions requested during registration (optional for use of the Application):
         1. Internal storage of your device—for uploading an existing photo of your ID document and other documents.
         2. Contacts—to create beneficiaries for money transfers.
         3. Face ID—for easy and quick login to the Application without a password.
         4. GPS (location data)—to locate company branches near your current location.
      3. You may modify your preferences regarding access permissions to device components at any time through your device’s settings menu.
   8. Information You Provide About Others. You may add beneficiaries to whom you can send money transfers. If you choose to add a beneficiary, you will be required to provide us with their full name, the country in which they are located, their phone number, and the nature of your relationship (e.g., parent-child, siblings, spouses, etc.), and any other information requested (such as the beneficiary’s bank account details). You may also choose to provide us with their full address. By providing personal information of beneficiaries, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share their details with us and that they have agreed to this Privacy Policy.
   9. Cash Withdrawals. In the case of a cash withdrawal, the sender of the funds must inform the recipient that they will be required to undergo a customer identification and verification (KYC) process at the authorized agents handling the withdrawal (if they are not already a registered user as described above), in accordance with legal requirements and partner procedures. This information will be collected by the Company. The sender must also provide the recipient with a confidential code needed to withdraw the cash.
9. Use of the Information Collected, We and/or our service providers will use your personal information for the following purposes:
   1. To enable your access to and provision of the services, including: (1) carrying out the transactions you request or that others request to carry out with you. (2) sending you an SMS receipt for each transaction you perform through the Application. (3) providing support and assistance in resolving issues that you or other users may encounter; (4) contacting you when necessary. (5) reviewing inquiries submitted through the Application and responding accordingly; and (6) preventing fraud attempts, safeguarding the security of the services, and addressing any issue related to the services.
   2. To operate and manage the Company and its business, including customer retention, analyzing customer preferences (including identifying customers who may discontinue their relationship with the Company), detecting market and customer trends and preferences. We may use your personal information for internal purposes, including assisting in diagnosing operational issues, conducting reviews and assessments for the development of new services and/or content and/or product offerings, improving the services and adapting them to our needs and/or the needs of users, developing new products or services, analyzing activity volumes, performing financial evaluations and forecasts, assessing customer usage potential, using certain personal data for research, development, and testing purposes, and adjusting server capacity to expected workloads.
   3. To verify your identity during registration and to perform any legally required checks in connection with financial transactions, including fraud-prevention and anti–money laundering checks. For this purpose, we may need to share your information with regulatory authorities.
   4. To document the transactions you conduct through the Application, including the payer and recipient of each transaction, the transaction amount, and other details we are legally required to document.
   5. To generate reports for you analyzing your usage patterns within the Application’s services and to present you with personalized recommendations and offers based on these patterns.
   6. To send you, from time to time, via email, SMS, or any other method permitted by law, information about our services and other marketing communications. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may opt out via the unsubscribe method included in our communications or by contacting: dpo@stbunion.com
   7. We and/or our service providers use analytics tools to collect and analyze information regarding the use of the services, such as the frequency of user visits, the pages they view, and the websites or applications they used prior to visiting the Application. By analyzing the information we collect, we may compile statistical data across various platforms and users, which helps us improve our services, understand customer needs and trends, evaluate new products and services, and tailor existing products and services to user preferences. Analytics tools may include, among others, Firebase and Google Analytics.    8. To respond to your inquiries and provide technical support when required (if you contact us for that purpose).
   9. To enforce this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, prevent misuse of the Application, comply with legal requirements, or assist the relevant authorities.
   10. To take action in the event of a legal dispute in which you are involved in relation to the Application.
10. Sharing Your Personal Information
    1. Company Personnel: Company personnel who are authorized to access personal data are those who need to know and process the personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and who are bound by confidentiality obligations towards the Company. It is clarified that the identity and/or type of authorized personnel may change from time to time in line with our business needs.
    2. Financial Institutions: We may share your information with other financial institutions involved in the execution of a transaction, for the purpose of completing that transaction.
    3. Regulatory Compliance: We may share your information with various third parties, such as regulatory bodies and law-enforcement authorities, where required in order to comply with legal obligations.
    4. Service Providers and Third Parties.
       1. We will share information, including personal data, with service providers and other third parties (“Third-Party Providers”) who use the information in order to: (1) help us provide the services to you and/or operate the Application. (2) help us understand the use of the services and achieve the purposes described above; and (3) provide you with direct marketing based on your preferences within our application and on other websites and/or applications you choose to visit. We use various providers for the purposes listed in the table attached below.        2. Third-Party Providers may be located in countries other than the State of Israel. All authorized third parties will be subject to confidentiality obligations and restrictions on the use of personal data. Nevertheless, some of these countries may have data-protection laws or other legal standards that do not provide the same level of protection as the laws of the State of Israel, and you consent to the transfer of your personal data to such countries.
       3. As part of using the Application, you may use Google Maps services. When you use Google Maps through the Application, the relevant Google entity, as specified at https://cloud.google.com/terms/google-entity, may receive personal information about you and may use such information in accordance with its applicable terms. Use of Google Maps is subject to the then-current versions of: (1) the Additional Terms for Google Maps/Google Earth, available at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html; and (2) Google’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. It is clarified that if you do not consent to the use of your device’s location data, Google Maps will not receive your location information.
    5. Transfer of Ownership. We may disclose and/or transfer our databases, including your personal data, as part of or during negotiations related to a merger, sale of company assets, acquisition (including in cases of liquidation), and/or following the completion of such a transaction or proceeding. In such cases, your personal data will remain subject to this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law.
    6. Disclosure of Personal Data for Law Enforcement Purposes. We will cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and comply with any court order requiring or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior, digital content, or any other personal data of any user suspected of engaging in unlawful or allegedly unlawful activity, or actions that violate the law. We may also share your personal data with third parties if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety (including enforcing this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of third parties.
    7. Additional Disclosure of Personal Data. We may disclose your personal data to relevant third parties in cases where: (1) the Company discovers that any of your actions in connection with the Services violate the Terms of Use or were carried out for the purpose of committing fraud of any kind; or (2) the Company faces actual or potential legal proceedings (administrative, criminal, or civil) arising from actions you performed using the Services.
11. Links to Third-Party Content. The Application includes links to pages, applications, and websites of third parties that are not operated or controlled by the Company, such as WhatsApp chat. We do not control or monitor such pages, applications, and websites, and cannot ensure that third parties will safeguard your privacy in the same manner that we do. Your use of such pages, applications, or websites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies applicable to them, and not to the Application’s Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy.
12. Data Security. We implement measures designed to reduce the risks of damage, loss, and unauthorized access to personal data, consistent with industry standards and applicable law. However, these measures can never provide absolute protection against information-security risks. Therefore, we do not warrant, and you should not expect, that the Application and its related information systems will be fully immune from information-security vulnerabilities.
13. Your Rights Regarding the Data. You may request to review the personal data that the Company processes about you, subject to Section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (the “Privacy Protection Law”). If you find that such personal data is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date, you may request that we correct or delete it, in accordance with Section 14 of Privacy Protection Law. In addition, you may request the deletion of your personal data from the Company’s databases, subject to and in accordance with Section 3 of the Privacy Protection (Instructions Regarding Data Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area) Regulations, 2023. The Company will act within a reasonable timeframe to process your request, subject to applicable law. You may send such requests by email to: DPO@stbunion.com.
14. Retention and Deletion of Personal Data. We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary in order to: (1) fulfill the purposes described above and comply with applicable law, including accounting requirements, documenting transactions, and anti-money-laundering laws. (2) comply with our legal obligations. (3) resolve disputes. (4) enforce our agreements; or (5) for any longer period required by applicable law. We may delete your personal data without notifying you if we determine that there is no further need to retain it for the purposes described above.
15. Cookies. Cookies are small text files sent to your device via your browser. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as beacons or pixels—small graphic files typically used to identify users and/or their activity) (“Cookies”). A “session cookie” remains on your device only while you remain in the Application. We may use a “persistent cookie” to store your preferences and personalization settings across sessions; such cookies may remain on your device for extended periods. For example, if you log into the Application, a persistent cookie may be used to identify you as the current user. We use both first-party Cookies and third-party Cookies. Most browsers and end-user devices are initially set to accept Cookies, but you may change these settings to refuse certain Cookies. You may also delete existing Cookies at any time. Some features of the Application may not function properly if you disable or remove Cookies.

16. Termination of the Engagement. You may terminate your engagement with us at any time in accordance with the instructions set out in the Terms of Use. When submitting a termination request via email, you must include details that will help us identify you, including your full name, ID number, and wallet number. We may request additional identification details if we deem them necessary.
17. Children. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data regarding children under the age of eighteen (18). If you become aware that an individual under the age of eighteen (18) is using the Services without parental or guardian consent, please notify us as soon as possible.
18. Communications and Notices. We reserve the right to send you service-related communications via email and/or any other communication channel known to us, including service notices and administrative messages relating to your account, without offering you the option to opt out of receiving them unless you close your account.
19. Contact Us. You may contact us by sending an email to support@stbunion.com or by completing a designated form available on the “Contact Us” page of the website/application.
20. Changes to the Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In such cases, we will notify you of the changes via the Application or by email or SMS (including WhatsApp). If you do not agree with the updated policy, you must discontinue all use of the Application. Your continued use of the Application after we notify you of changes constitutes your consent to the updated Privacy Policy. In any event, the updated version of the policy will always be available for review through the Application.

   4. פעילות פיננסית. בעת שימושך באפליקציה, אנו אוספים מידע שקשור לפעילות שלך בה, כולל מידע על העברות כספים שביצעת ומקבלי ההעברה, כספים שהועברו אליך, משיכות כספים שביצעת וכדומה. מידע זה משמש אותנו לאספקת השירותים באפליקציה וכן לניתוח פעילותך באפליקציה לשם הצגת דוחות פעילות שיהיו זמינים לצפייתך בלבד. מידע כאמור ישמש אותנו גם לניתוח והבנת הפעילות באפליקציה על מנת לשפר את האפליקציה והשירותים הקיימים, וכן להציע שירותים חדשים.
   5. מידע תפעולי ואנליטיקות. בין היתר, אנחנו אוספים מידע על האינטראקציה שלך עם ממשק המשתמש באפליקציה, כתובת פרוטוקול האינטרנט(IP Address) המשמשת את המכשיר שלך, מזהה פרסום (advertising id) ופרטים כלליים על מכשירך ומערכת ההפעלה שלו. מידע זה משמש אותנו לתפעול שוטף של האפליקציה, להבנת צרכי המשתמשים, לפתרון בעיות, להצעת פרסומות והצעות שיווקיות המבוססות על העדפותייך, תפעול ולשיפור ושכלול האפליקציה והשירותים שאנו מציעים. בנוסף, אנו עשויים לנתח את המידע לצורך בניית קהלים דומים (lookalike audiences) עבור פרסום ללקוחות (פוטנציאליים) אחרים, וכן לנתח דפוסי שימוש בשירותים במטרה לזהות משתמשים שאינם פעילים או שנמצאים בסיכון לנטישה, ולפעול לשימורם או לגיוס משתמשים חדשים.
   6. הרשאות השימוש במכשיר שלך. האפליקציה משתמשת במספר רכיבים במכשיר שלך לצורך איסוף מידע בהתאם למפורט להלן. לפני הגישה הראשונה לרכיב מסוים, אנו נבקש את הסכמתך המפורשת לכך. אם תסרב לתת הרשאה גישה לרכיב, לא נוכל לעשות בו שימוש והדבר עלול למנוע מאיתנו לרשום אותך לאפליקציה, לספק לך שירותים במסגרתה ו/או להשיב לפניותיך.
      1. בעת הרישום לאפליקציה, נבקש לקבל גישה אל רכיב המצלמה שלך לשם צילום תמונת הסלפי שלך בזמן אמת. ללא מתן הרשאת הגישה למצלמה, לא נוכל להשלים את הליך הרישום ולאפשר לך לפתוח חשבון באפליקציה.
      2. בנוסף, בעת הרישום לאפליקציה נבקש לקבל ממך הרשאה לרכיבים הבאים, שאינך חייב לספק לנו גישה אליהם על מנת להשתמש באפליקציה:
         1. האחסון הפנימי של מכשיר הטלפון שלך, לשם העלאת קובץ קיים של צילום של תעודת הזהות שלך ושל מסמכים אחרים.
         2. אנשי הקשר שלך, לשם יצירת מוטבים להעברות כספים.
         3. זיהוי פנים (face ID), לשם התחברות קלה ומהירה לאפליקציה ללא צורך בסיסמה.
         4. GPS (נתוני מיקום), לשם איתור סניפי החברה הקרובים למיקומך הנוכחי.
      3. תוכל לשנות את העדפותיך בנוגע להרשאות הגישה אל רכיבי המכשיר שלך בכל עת, באמצעות תפריט ההגדרות של מכשירך.
   7. המידע שאתה מוסר לנו על אודות אחרים. באפשרותך להגדיר מוטבים שאליהם תוכל לבצע העברות כספים. אם תבחר להגדיר מוטב, תתבקש לספק לנו את שמו המלא, המדינה בה הוא נמצא, מספר הטלפון שלו וטיב הקשר ביניכם (לדוגמה: הורה וילד, אחים, בני זוג וכו'), ומידע נוסף שנבקש ממך (דוגמת חשבון הבנק של המוטב). תוכל לבחור לספק לנו גם את כתובתו המלאה. במסירת מידע אישי של מוטבים, אתה מאשר כי ניתנה לך הסכמתם למסירת הפרטים אלינו, וכי גם הם הסכימו למדיניות פרטיות זו.
   8. משיכת כספים. במקרה של משיכת כספים במזומן, על מעביר הכספים ליידע את מקבל הכספים כי יידרש לעבור תהליך הזדהות וזיהוי לקוח (KYC) אצל הסוכנים המורשים לביצוע המשיכה (ככל שאינו משתמש רשום כאמור לעיל), וזאת בהתאם לדרישות הדין ולנהלי השותפים, ובתוך כך – מידע זה ייאסף על ידי החברה. על מעביר הכספים גם לספק למקבל הכספים קוד סודי לטובת משיכת הכספים כאמור.
9. השימוש במידע שנאסף. אנו ו/או ספקי השירותים שלנו, נשתמש במידע האישי שלך עבור המטרות הבאות:
   1. כדי לאפשר לך גישה ולספק את השירותים לרבות (1) ביצוע העסקאות שביקשת לבצע או שאחרים ביקשו לבצע איתך; (2) לשלוח לך, בהודעת ,SMS קבלה על כל עסקה שביצעת באמצעות האפליקציה; (3) מתן תמיכה וסיוע בפתרון בעיות אשר אתה או משתמשים אחרים עלולים להיתקל בהן; (4) יצירת קשר במידת הצורך; (5) בחינת שאלות העולות, לרבות באמצעות האפליקציה ומתן תגובה בהתאם; וכן (6) מניעת ניסיונות הונאה והגנה על אבטחת השירותים ומתן מענה לכל בעיה הנוגעת לשירותים.
   2. לנהל את החברה ועסקיה, לרבות שימור לקוחות, ניתוח צפי של רצונות לקוחות (לרבות לקוחות שעשויים לבטל את התקשרותם עם החברה), זיהוי מגמות והעדפות בשוק ובקרב הלקוחות. אנו עשויים להשתמש במידע האישי שלך עבור צרכים פנימיים, לרבות סיוע באבחון בעיות תפעוליות, ביצוע סקירות והערכות לצורך פיתוח שירותים ו/או תכנים חדשים ו/או הצעת מוצרים חדשים, כדי לשפר את השירותים וכדי להתאים אותם לצרכים מסוימים שלנו ו/או של המשתמשים, פיתוח מוצרים או שירותים חדשים, ניתוח היקפי פעילות, ביצוע הערכות פיננסיות ותחזיות, הערכת פוטנציאל שימוש של לקוחות, שימוש בחלק מהמידע האישי לצרכי מחקר, פיתוח ובדיקות, והתאמת יכולות השרתים להיקפי העבודה הצפויים.
   3. כדי לאמת את זהותך בעת ההרשמה לאפליקציה ולבצע כל בדיקה הנדרשת לפי דין בקשר עם עסקאות פיננסיות, לרבות בדיקות הנוגעות למניעת הונאה ואיסור הלבנת הון. במסגרת זו, נידרש להעביר את המידע שלך לגופים רגולטוריים.
   4. כדי לתעד את העסקאות שתבצע במסגרת השימוש באפליקציה, לרבות המשלם והנמען של כל עסקה, סכום העסקה, ופרטים נוספים שאנו נדרשים לתעד על פי חוק.
   5. כדי ליצור עבורך דוחות המנתחים את דפוסי השימוש שלך בשירותי האפליקציה, ולהציג לך הצעות והמלצות מותאמות אישית על בסיסם.
   6. כדי לשלוח אליך מדי פעם, בדואר אלקטרוני, במסרון (SMS) או בכל דרך אחרת, בהתאם להוראות הדין, מידע בדבר שירותינו וכל מידע שיווקי אחר. אם אינך מעוניין לקבל הודעות אלו, תוכל לבחור להסיר עצמך ממנה בכל אמצעי שיימסר לך במסגרת ההודעות שתקבל מאיתנו וכן בפניה לכתובת: dpo@stbunion.com
   7. אנו ו/או ספקי השירותים שלנו משתמשים בכלי ניתוח כדי לאסוף ולנתח מידע אודות השימוש בשירותים, כגון תדירות הביקורים באפליקציה על ידי משתמשים, באילו עמודים הם מבקרים, ובאילו אתרים ואפליקציות אחרים הם השתמשו לפני ביקורם באפליקציה. על ידי ניתוח המידע שאנו אוספים, אנו עשויים להרכיב מידע סטטיסטי על פני מגוון פלטפורמות ומשתמשים, אשר מסייע לנו לשפר את השירותים שלנו, להבין את המגמות וצרכי ​​הלקוח ולשקול מוצרים ושירותים חדשים, והתאמת מוצרים ושירותים קיימים לרצונות הלקוח. כלי ניתוח כאמור כוללים בין היתר, אתFirebase ו-"Google Analytics". ניתן למצוא מידע נוסף על האופן בו גוגל אוספת מידע ואיך ניתן לשלוט בשימוש כזה במדיניות: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

   9. כדי לאכוף את מדיניות הפרטיות ותנאי השימוש שלנו, למנוע שימוש בלתי ראוי באפליקציה, לציית לדרישות משפטיות או לסייע לרשויות השונות.
   10. לשם נקיטת פעולה במקרה של סכסוך משפטי שבו אתה מעורב בנוגע לאפליקציה.
10. שיתוף המידע האישי שלך
    1. בעלי תפקידים בחברה. בעלי התפקידים בחברה שהם מורשי גישה למידע אישי הינם בעלי תפקידים שיש להם צורך לדעת ולעבד את המידע האישי בהתאם להוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו, ואשר כפופים לחובת סודיות כלפי החברה. מובהר כי זהות ו/או סוג מורשי הגישה עשויים להשתנות מעת לעת בהתאם לצרכינו העסקיים.
    2. גופים פיננסיים. אנו עשויים להעביר את המידע שלך למוסדות פיננסיים אחרים שמעורבים בביצוע העסקה, לצורך ביצוע העסקה.
    3. ציות רגולטורי. אנו עשויים להעביר את המידע שלך לצדדים שלישיים שונים כדוגמת גופים רגולטוריים וגופי אכיפה, אם נדרש לכך על מנת לעמוד בדרישות הדין.
    4. ספקי שירות וצדדים שלישיים.
       1. אנו נשתף מידע, לרבות מידע אישי, עם ספקי שירות וצדדים שלישיים אחרים ("ספקי צד ג'") אשר ישתמשו במידע כדי (1) לסייע לנו לספק לך את השירותים ו/או להפעיל את האפליקציה; (2) לסייע לנו בהבנת השימוש בשירותים והגשמת המטרות המפורטות לעיל; וכן (3) לספק לך דיוור ישיר לאור העדפותיך האישיות באפליקציה שלנו ובאתרים ו/או אפליקציות אחרות בהם תבחר/י לבקר. אנו משתמשים בספקים שונים לצורך המטרות המצוינות בטבלה שמצורפת להלן, ככל שיש לך שאלה על אודות ספק ספציפי בנוגע לעיבוד המידע האישי שלך אנא פנה אלינו בכתובת dpo@stbunion.com.

       2. ספקי צד ג' עשויים להיות מצויים במדינות אחרות מאשר מדינת ישראל. כל הצדדים השלישיים המורשים יהיו כפופים לחובות סודיות ואיסור שימוש במידע האישי. למרות זאת, ייתכן שבחלק מהמדינות ישנן רמות של הגנה על מידע אישי או מידע אחר שאינן משתוות לרמת ההגנה במדינת ישראל והנך מסכים להעברת המידע האישי שלך למדינות אלה.
       3. במסגרת השימוש באפליקציה באפשרותך להשתמש בשירותים שלGoogle Maps . כאשר אתה משתמש ב Google Maps-דרך האפליקציה, ייתכן שהישות הרלוונטית של גוגל כמפורט בכתובת https://cloud.google.com/terms/google-entity, תקבל מידע אישי אודותיך, ועשויה להשתמש במידע כאמור בהתאם לתנאיה כדלהלן. השימוש ב-Google Maps כפוף לגרסה העדכנית של: (1) תנאים נוספים לשירותי Google Maps/Google Earth הזמינים בכתובת https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html -(2) מדיניות הפרטיות של גוגל הזמינה בכתובת https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. מובהר כי אם לא תאשר את השימוש בנתוני המיקום של המכשיר שלך, Google Maps לא תקבל את נתוני המיקום שלך.
    5. העברת בעלות. אנחנו עשויים לחשוף ו/או להעביר את מאגרי המידע שלנו הכוללים את המידע האישי שלך במסגרת או במהלך משא ומתן, בנוגע למיזוג, מכירת נכסי חברה או רכישה (כולל במקרים של פירוק) ו/או לאחר מימוש של עסקה או הליך כאמור. במקרה כזה, המידע האישי שלך ימשיך להיות כפוף להוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו, בהתאם להוראות הדין.
    6. העברת מידע אישי במסגרת אכיפת חוק. נשתף פעולה עם רשויות אכיפת החוק או כל צו שיפוטי הדורש או המנחה אותנו לגלות את הזהות, ההתנהגות, התוכן הדיגיטאלי, או כל מידע אישי אחר, של כל משתמש/ת שישנו חשד שנקט/ה בפעולות הנחזות למנוגדות לדין או בפעולות המפרות את החוק. כמו כן, אנו עשויים לשתף את המידע האישי שלך עם צדדים שלישיים אם אנו מאמינים בתום לב כי גילוי המידע האישי הינו נאות ונועד להגן על הזכויות, הרכוש או הבטיחות שלנו (לרבות אכיפת מדיניות הפרטיות ו/או תנאי השימוש) או להגן על הזכויות, הקניין או הבטיחות של צדדים שלישיים.
    7. שיתוף מידע אישי נוסף. נעביר את המידע האישי שלך לצדדים שלישיים רלוונטיים במקרים בהם: (1) החברה תגלה כי אילו מפעולותיך בשירותים מפרות את תנאי השימוש או נעשו לשם ביצוע תרמית מכל סוג שהוא; או (2) החברה תעמוד בפני נקיטת צעדים משפטיים כנגדה (מנהליים, פליליים או אזרחיים) בגין פעולות שביצעת באמצעות השירותים.
11. קישורים לתכנים של צדדים שלישיים. האפליקציה כוללת קישורים לעמודים, לאפליקציות ולאתרים של צדדים שלישיים, שאינם מנוהלים או מופעלים על-ידי החברה או מטעמה, דוגמת צ'אט ה.WhatsApp- אנו לא שולטים או מפקחים על עמודים, אפליקציות ואתרים אלה, ולא יכולים להבטיח כי צדדים שלישיים ישמרו על פרטיותך באותו האופן בו אנו שומרים עליה. השימוש בהם כפוף לתנאי השימוש ולמדיניות הפרטיות המופיעים בהם, ולא לתנאי השימוש של האפליקציה ו/או למדיניות פרטיות זו.
12. אבטחת מידע. אנו מיישמים אמצעים להפחתת הסיכונים של נזק, אובדן וגישה לא מורשית למידע אישי כמקובל בשוק ובהתאם להוראות הדין. עם זה, אמצעים אלה לעולם אינם מבטיחים הגנה מוחלטת מפני סיכוני אבטחת מידע. לכן, איננו נותנים ערובה, ואינך יכול לצפות שהאפליקציה ומערכות המידע הקשורות לה תהיינה חסינות לסיכוני אבטחת מידע.
13. זכויותיך בקשר עם המידע. באפשרותך לבקש לעיין במידע האישי שהחברה מעבדת אודותיך, בהתאם להוראות סעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א – 1981 (להלן: "חוק הגנת הפרטיות"), ואם מצאת כי המידע האישי כאמור אינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן, את/ה רשאי/ת לבקש שנתקנו או נמחקו, בהתאם להוראות סעיף 14 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות. בנוסף, באפשרותך לבקש את מחיקת המידע האישי שלך ממאגרי החברה בהתאם ובכפוף להוראות סעיף 3 לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (הוראות לעניין מידע שהועבר לישראל מהאזור הכלכלי האירופי), התשפ"ג-2023. החברה תפעל תוך זמן סביר להיענות לבקשתך, בכפוף להוראות הדין. תוכל לשלוח לנו בקשות כאמור בסעיף זה בהודעת דוא"ל לכתובת dpo@stbunion.com.
14. שמירת המידע האישי ומחיקתו. נשמור את המידע האישי אודותיך למשך הזמן הדרוש על מנת: (1) לממש את מטרות השימוש במידע האישי המפורטות לעיל, ובהתאם להוראות כל דין, לרבות בשל צורך חשבונאי, לשם תיעוד עסקאות, וכן לפי חוקי איסור הלבנת הון; (2) לעמוד בהתחייבויות המשפטיות שלנו; (3) לפתור סכסוכים; (4) לאכוף את ההסכמים שלנו; או (5) למשך פרק זמן ארוך יותר כפי שיידרש לפי הוראות כל דין. אנו עשויים למחוק את המידע האישי שלך, מבלי להודיע לך על כך, ככל שאנו רואים שאין עוד צורך להחזיק בו למטרות המפורטות לעיל.
15. עוגיות. עוגיות הן קבצי טקסט קצרים הנשלחים למכשירך באמצעות הדפדפן שלך. אנחנו משתמשים בקבצי עוגיות וטכנולוגיות דומות (למשל, Beacons או Pixels – שהינם קובץ גרפי קטן שלרוב נועד לזהות משתמשים ו/או את פעילותם) (להלן: "עוגיות"). "עוגייה זמנית" היא עוגייה הנשארת על מכשירך עד אשר הנך עוזב/ת את האפליקציה. ייתכן שנשתמש בעוגייה "מתמידה" על מנת לשמור את ההגדרות והתאמות האישיות שלך מביקור לביקור, שתישאר על מכשירך לתקופות ממושכות יותר. לדוגמה, אם תיכנס/י לאפליקציה, העוגייה תשמש כדי לזהות אותך כמשתמש נוכחי. אנחנו משתמשים הן בעוגיות מטעמנו והן בעוגיות שמקורן בצדדים שלישיים. רוב דפדפני האינטרנט ומכשירי הקצה מוגדרים מראש בצורה שמאפשרת קבלת עוגיות, אולם באפשרותך לשנות את ההגדרה הזאת כך שתיחסם עוגייה מסוימת. כמו כן, באפשרותך למחוק כל עוגייה קיימת בכל עת. ייתכן שחלק מהתכונות של השירותים באפליקציה לא יעבדו כראוי אם תבטל/י או תסיר/י את העוגיות.
    
    

    העוגיות שבהן אנו משתמשים עשויות להשתנות מעת לעת. הסוגים של העוגיות שבהם נשתמש בדרך כלל נופלים לאחד הסוגים הבאים:

    חיונית	עוגיות אלה חיוניות לתפעול התקין של השירותים. הן עוזרות לך לגשת לאתר, לנווט בו, ולהשתמש בתכונות השונות, כגון לזכור פעולות כדי לחזור לדפים קודמים. לא ניתן לחסום את קבלת עוגיות אלה.
    תפעולית	עוגיות אלה זוכרות את העדפותיך מביקור לביקור.
    אבטחה	עוגיות אלה עוזרות לנו לזהות אותך ולמנוע ממשתמשים אחרים מלשנות את שם המשתמש והסיסמה שלך ועוד פעולות אבטחה מסוג זה.
    אנליטית	עוגיות אלה עוזרות לנו להבין איך כלל המשתמשים משתמשים באפליקציה ובשירותים שלנו. מידע זה עוזר לנו לשפר את האתר, המוצרים והשירותים, כגון זיהוי הדפים, השירותים או המוצרים הכי פופולריים.
    פרסומית	עוגיות אלה עוזרות לנו להציג לך פרסומות שעשויות להיות רלוונטיות עבורך, ולהבין עד כמה מאמצי הפרסום שלנו מוצלחים. בעזרת עוגיות אלה, אנו יכולים להציג בפניך פרסומות ממוקדות יותר. ייתכן שעוגיות אלה עוקבות אחר ביקורך באתרים אחרים.

    עוגיות צד שלישי. בנוסף לעוגיות שאנו מציבים בעצמנו, אנו מציבים גם עוגיות צדדים שלישיים כמפורט להלן.

    1. Facebook Pixel – פרסומית.
    2. Google Analytics – אנליטית.
    3. Google Maps – תפעולית
    4. Intercom – תפעולית.
    5. Firebase – אנליטית.
    6. AppsFlyer– תפעולית.
    7. Amplitude – אנליטית.
16. סיום ההתקשרות. תוכל לסיים את ההתקשרות איתנו בכל עת בהתאם להנחיות שבתנאי השימוש.  בהגשת בקשת סיום התקשרות באמצעות דוא"ל עליך לכלול פרטים שיסייעו לנו לזהותך, ובין השאר את שמך המלא, מספר תעודת הזהות שלך ומספר הארנק שלך. אנו עשויים לבקש ממך פרטי זיהוי נוספים, אם נראה בכך צורך.
17. ילדים. החברה אינה אוספת באופן מודע מידע אישי אודות ילדים מתחת לגיל שמונה עשרה (18). אם הנך מודע/ת למקרה בו יחיד/ה מתחת לגיל שמונה עשרה (18) משתמש/ת בשירותים ללא רשות הורה או אפוטרופוס, נבקשך להודיע לנו בהקדם.
18. תקשורת והודעות. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לשלוח לך הודעות הקשורות לשירותים דרך דוא"ל ו/או כל אמצעי תקשורת אחר הידוע לנו, לרבות הודעות שירות והודעות ניהוליות המתייחסות לחשבונך מבלי להציע לך את האפשרות לבטל את קבלתן אלא אם תסגור את חשבונך.
19. יצירת קשר. ניתן ליצור קשר איתנו על ידי משלוח דואר אלקטרוני לכתובת support@stbunion.com או באמצעות מילוי טופס ייעודי באתר/באפליקציה בעמוד "צור קשר".
20. שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות. אנו רשאים לשנות את מדיניות הפרטיות מעת-לעת. במקרה כזה, אנחנו נעדכן אותך בדבר שינוי המדיניות באמצעות האפליקציה או באמצעות הודעות דואר אלקטרוני או SMS אליך (לרבות באמצעות WhatsApp). אם אינך מסכים למדיניות החדשה, עליך לחדול מכל שימוש באפליקציה. המשך שימושך באפליקציה לאחר שעדכנו אותך על שינוי המדיניות מהווה את הסכמתך למדיניות החדשה. בכל מקרה, המדיניות החדשה תמיד תהיה זמינה לעיון דרך האפליקציה עצמה.
