Terms of Use

The Services are provided solely for your use and belong to Feezback Technologies Ltd. ("Feezback" or the "Company").

The Service enables users to view information from their bank accounts and credit cards, at their request, all in accordance with the Financial Information Service Law, 5782-2021, and the regulations and directives thereunder, and to make or approve payment requests within the payment initiation service under the Regulation of Engagement in Payment Services and Payment Initiation Services Law (the "Open Banking Regulation"). The following terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. Use of the Service constitutes confirmation that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Use, you should refrain from using the Service.

  1. Any use of the Service, or any part thereof, is subject to these Terms of Use, as they may be updated from time to time, and to the provisions of any applicable law.
  2. These Terms apply to all possible uses via any computer or other communication device (such as a mobile phone, handheld computers, and the like).
  3. The Service is intended for private adult users as well as for businesses and corporations.
  4. The Company may block access to the Service, in whole or in part, for a limited or unlimited period, including, among other things, in cases where there is suspicion of a breach of these Terms of Use (or any other provision) or of any legal requirement, or where the proper operation of the Service or of any third party is harmed. If your access to the Service has been blocked, you will not be permitted to re-register for the Service.
  5. You undertake not to make any prohibited use of the Service. Prohibited uses include, among others: (a) uses that are prohibited under any law; (b) copying or altering information; (c) harming or violating the privacy of any person; (d) harming the operation of the Service in any way; (e) any use of the Service for profit-making purposes or other commercial use; (f) transmitting data and/or information that is inaccurate, false, distorted, misleading, or untrue; (g) transmitting data and/or information capable of harming the Service and/or other users, such as harmful software, lines of code, viruses, a "Trojan horse," or any other software capable of disrupting the proper operation of the Service.
  6. In addition, you may not: (a) attempt to compromise the security of the information in the Service or of any network or server used by the Company, attempt to identify weaknesses in the Company's information security, or attempt to perform any form of testing, scanning, data harvesting, information retrieval, automated navigation, or hacking of the Service or the Company's systems; (b) attempt to activate features or functions that are disabled, inaccessible, or undocumented in the Service; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service; (d) use the Service to develop or create a competing product or service; (e) attempt to embed the Service in any other application or web page; (f) attempt to collect, obtain, or retrieve personal information about or in connection with users of the Service; (g) operate or permit the operation of any computer application or other means, including crawlers, robots, and the like, for the purpose of searching, scanning, copying, or automatically retrieving information.
  7. You hereby undertake to indemnify and compensate the Company or its representatives for any damage, expense, or loss, direct or indirect, including legal costs and attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with a breach of any of these Terms of Use, or the performance of any other act in violation of law in connection with the Service.
  8. Use of the financial information service involves granting Feezback viewing authorization at the financial institutions you have chosen to connect to the Service (the "Financial Institutions"). You may revoke the access authorization at any time.
  9. By granting the authorization, you agree to allow the Company to access the accounts specified in the authorization you provided, for the period of time you approved, and to transfer the financial information solely to the authorized third parties specified in the authorization process (the "Authorized Third Parties"). The consideration for Feezback's services is paid by these Authorized Third Parties.
  10. The Service depends, among other things, on the availability and accuracy of information, and on accessibility at the Financial Institutions.
  11. Information Security - We are aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of your financial information and undertake that all of your data and information (including personal and financial information) that reaches us as a result of your use of the Services will be kept confidential, and that we will employ the relevant security measures and standards, whether customary and/or required by law, in order to preserve the integrity of such data and information and protect it from exposure to any third party, malicious use, or unauthorized copying. However, as with any other online service, there are certain risks involved in using the Service, as well as matters beyond our control. We therefore emphasize that use of the Service is at the user's own risk.
  12. Data Accuracy - Please note that the Company makes a great effort to present the financial information as transmitted to the Company by the Financial Institutions. However, there may at times be inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information, whether due to errors by the Financial Institutions or in the Company's systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall be exempt from liability for the accuracy of the information, for errors, and for missing information, whether the source thereof is the Financial Institutions or the Company.
  13. The payment initiation service (performing an initiated bank transfer through Feezback) is likewise carried out via open banking interfaces and depends on those interfaces and their proper functioning. The actual transfer of funds is executed as a standard bank transfer or a standard Zahav transfer (the money is transferred directly from your bank to the beneficiary you chose, and is not transferred to the Company), and we have no control over, or ability to influence, any malfunctions that may occur at the banks or in the payment system (including Masav systems), and we are not responsible for them.
  14. Intellectual Property - The Service, including its screens and any other part thereof, is the intellectual property of Feezback. Use of the Service does not confer any right whatsoever in Feezback's intellectual property in the Service. In particular, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, market, or translate any information or content in the Service or any part thereof. You may not modify or use in any way any name, designation, mark, or logo that is identical or confusingly similar to any of our trademarks, service marks, or logos. You must refrain from any act or omission that may dilute or harm our trademarks or goodwill.
  15. The Company does not undertake that the website and the Service will be available at all times. The Company will make corrections, improvements, and/or changes to the website and the Services from time to time, and reserves the right to make such changes, corrections, and improvements at any time, and even to temporarily or permanently discontinue the Service's operation, at its sole discretion.
  16. Connecting Information to Your Systems - If you permit anyone acting on your behalf (including various systems providers) to request your information on your behalf, you are solely and fully responsible for any use made of the access credentials by such person on your behalf, including maintaining the confidentiality of the access details and restricting use to permitted purposes only.
  17. Limitation of Liability -
    • The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to you as a result of an inability to access the Service.
    • The Company is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused as a result of or in connection with the use of its Services. The Services are provided AS IS and at the customer's sole responsibility, and no claim, action, or demand shall be raised against the Company in this regard.
    • The Company is not responsible for the services of third parties, including the proper functioning and accuracy of information at the banks, the availability of the open banking interfaces operated by them, the availability of their bank transfer services, and the like.
    • The Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damage of any kind, including for loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits, corruption, security failure, or theft of information arising from or in any way connected with reliance on the Service.
  18. The Company may amend these Terms of Use (including by way of modification, deletion, removal, addition, and/or the addition of terms) at any time and at its sole discretion. The amendment will take effect upon being posted on the Company's website. Continued use of the Service after the amendment indicates your consent to the updated terms.
  19. The invalidity, cancellation, or voidness of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not affect the full validity of all other provisions.
  20. The Company's services shall be governed solely by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.


Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The collection of information of all types, including the use and retention of information, is detailed in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral and complementary part of the Terms of Use. A precondition for your use of the Services is reading and agreeing to the Privacy Policy.

  1. Use of the Service requires completion of a registration process, including granting access authorizations to financial information as well as basic payment initiation, in accordance with the Open Banking Regulation.
  2. Discontinuing use of the Service does not automatically cancel the access authorization you granted to the financial information. To cancel the authorization, you must revoke it through Feezback or directly with the Financial Institutions.
  3. By granting the authorization, you agree to allow the Company to access the accounts specified in the authorization you provided, for the period of time you approved, and to transfer the financial information solely to the authorized third parties specified in the authorization process.
  4. The Company will store the financial information it has collected about you and retain it for the period permitted under the regulation. Upon expiry of such period, and subject to the following, the Company will delete identifying information about you and retain only an anonymous, non-identifying copy.
  5. Notwithstanding the above, the Company will retain the financial information it has collected for a longer period, in a separate database, for the purposes of legal proceedings or internal audit or supervisory processes under law, and will delete such information upon the lapse of 7 years from the date the Service ended, except for information required for the conduct of a legal proceeding or an internal audit or supervisory process under law that commenced prior to the lapse of such period.
  6. When using the Service, the Company, as well as third parties through whom you joined the Service, may collect information about your behavior on the Service's screens and its various stages, the pages you viewed, the offers and services that interested you, the location of your computer, and the internet address (IP address) data through which you access the Service, among other things. The Company may collect, and may use the services of, third parties such as Google Analytics, to collect and analyze personal, anonymous, statistical, or aggregate information in connection with the use of the Service, including information relating to your activity on the Service. If you are not a registered user, this information will not personally identify you. If you are a registered user, this analysis will enable us to link the collected information to other actions you have performed on the Service, such as your interaction with the Company, viewing information we presented to you, and more. The Company may also transfer this information to Authorized Third Parties.
  7. Please note that when using the Service, third parties such as Google may collect personal or statistical information about you in connection with your browsing habits, websites you have visited, and the like. For further details on this subject, see the Cookies section.
  8. Use of Information: The details you provide and the details collected regarding your practices during use of the Service will be stored in the Company's database and/or that of Authorized Third Parties. The information in the database will be used in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the binding documents, or in accordance with the provisions of any law, including for the purposes set out below:
    • To enable you to use the Service and the modules included in it (now and in the future);
    • To analyze the information, provide you with general financial information, and display alerts to you. This information will also be used by us to provide the Services to other users of the Service, in a manner that does not personally identify you;
    • To operate, improve, and enrich the Service;
    • To develop new products and services;
    • To contact you when the Company believes there is a need to do so;
  9. Disclosure of Financial Information to a Third Party: The Company will not transfer financial information it has collected about you to a third party, except:
    • To third parties that you approved during the authorization process.
    • If you breach the terms of the binding documents, or if you perform, through or in connection with the Service, acts deemed by the Company to be contrary to law, or an attempt to perform such acts, for the purpose of enforcing the Company's rights or those of third parties, or to prevent the breach;
    • If the Company receives an order from a competent authority instructing it to disclose your details or information about you to a third party, or in accordance with an obligation under law;
  10. The Company may disclose and share anonymous, aggregate, and statistical information with other companies or organizations affiliated with the Company, including AI tools, at its sole discretion;
  11. If the Company reorganizes its activity or the activity of the Service under a different structure, or in the event that it changes its legal structure, merges with another entity, or merges the Service's activity with the activity of a third party, it will be entitled to transfer to the new entity a copy of the information collected about you in the Company's database, provided that such entity undertakes to you the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
  12. The information we collect is stored in our database, which is hosted by server hosting and data backup providers that may also be located outside the borders of Israel. Your agreement to this policy also constitutes consent to the storage of information abroad and its transfer outside of Israel.
  13. Collection of Information via Cookies - The Company may use 'cookies' for the ongoing and proper operation of the website, including to collect statistical data about your use of the website, to verify details, to tailor the website to your personal preferences, and for information security purposes. The Company also uses cookies originating from third parties, including Google Analytics, to analyze aggregate and statistical information. If you do not want to receive cookies, you can avoid this by changing the settings in your browser; however, disabling cookies may prevent you from using some of the services and features on the website.
  14. Information Security - The security of your information and privacy are very important to us; information is stored encrypted in accordance with high standards customary in the market. As noted, the Company implements information security systems and procedures in the Service. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized penetration into the Company's computers, they do not provide absolute security. The Company therefore does not undertake that the Service will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.
  15. The Company will not bear any responsibility or liability for damage caused to you due to unauthorized access, hacking, or penetration of the security system, or due to a storage failure, or the theft, deletion, corruption, destruction, damage, or loss of data or information, except to the extent that the Company failed to employ the reasonable information security measures required by law.
  16. Right to Review Information - Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review, personally or through a representative authorized in writing or through a guardian, information about them held in a database. A person who has reviewed information about them and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, may apply to the database owner requesting that the information be corrected or deleted. If the database owner refuses, it must notify the applicant thereof in the manner prescribed by regulations.
  17. Changes to the Privacy Policy - The Company may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made to the Privacy Policy, notice thereof will be published on the Service's home page 30 days before the changes take effect. If other, non-material changes are made to the Privacy Policy, notice thereof will be published on the Service's home page 7 days before they take effect, unless the changes are made in accordance with the provisions of any law, in which case the changes will take effect in accordance with the provisions of law. Continued use of the Service after the change in terms indicates your consent to the new terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cease further use of the Service. You may review the current Privacy Policy at any time by clicking the appropriate link in the Service.
