Do not give your card and app access to anyone

Keep your card's PIN and CVV confidential, as well as your app password

If you are asked on the phone to provide a code from a text message from STB Union, do not do it under any circumstances.

Do not open dubious links you receive by SMS or email - there may be a virus that allows fraudsters to intercept codes and passwords

Install the STB Union app only from official sources - App Store and Google Play

If you withdraw money from an ATM, make sure no one is around and cover the keypad with your hand when you enter a card PIN

Do not enter card data on store sites unless they have a secure connection (https at the beginning of the address bar with a lock icon)

Don't use financial apps when connected via public Wi-Fi, switch to mobile Internet instead

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen from you, immediately block it through the application. If the card is found, you can unlock it at any time
